The term 'hole in a wall' usually refers to a little known but very good restaurant. But due to its unpretentious and out of the way characteristics many places that fit that definition never truly get discovered. In a post-covid world many independent restaurateurs having rolled the dice to open up their dream business were left with nothing to show for it except for tears, unpaid debts, and closed doors. That was the path Frank Steele, owner of Frankensons Pizzeria in Las Vegas was on prior to self made TikTok food critic Keith Lee entering the scene.
